Graduated from FAU/USP in 2009 with a semester studying at the Polytechnic of Milan, young designer and architect Rodrigo Ohtake expanded his experience by collaborating with architects Mario Biselli, Alvaro Puntoni and Patrick Jouin, in addition to working with his father, Ruy Ohtake, from 2008 to 2016. In his own office, founded in 2011, Ohtake seeks fluidity in his designs, as opposed to a predefined style. In his hands, organic shapes and simplicity are uniquely translated into striking pieces that balance boldness with refined delicacy.
