Designed by Jorge Zalszupin circa 1960s, the Onda bench showcases some of the main characteristics of the designer’s work: great technical care in the use of various materials, and esthetical elegance, combining Nordic and Brazilian influences. This design consists of a continuous surface in Rosewood laminate which is curved and molded as a series of waves, defining three ergonomic seats and accentuating the wood’s natural grain. Sustaining it, there is a frame with four feet in chromed metal and by the bench’s edge there is a draped leather magazine holder with two separated folders.
