Designed in 1959 by Sergio Rodrigues (1927-2014), this armchair is structured in solid rosewood with upholstered seat and backrest in the original black vinyl leather of the period. It was named after Carlos Drummond de Andrade, arguably the most influential Brazilian poet of the 20th century and Sergio Rodrigues’ contemporary. This pair is in original condition and hasn’t been reupholstered or refinished – restoring services are available at the client’s convenience.
